Tell us when a page is hard to use, a receipt looks stale, a link is broken, or a public summary may expose more than it should.

Public pages can be corrected with a newer source receipt, clearer wording, or a visible limit.
Sensitive-detail concerns are treated as display problems first, even when the underlying source is public.
Pages keep showing source names, dates, and status labels so voters can judge the answer while a concern is reviewed.
